EXPERT WITNESS FEES

My fees are based on the nature and complexity of the case, the volume of records and radiographs to be reviewed, and the scope of the instructions.

Wherever possible, I provide a fixed fee quotation following review of the letter of approach and an indication of the volume of documentation.

Indicative fees:

Preliminary screening opinion: from £550

Condition & Prognosis report: from £1,200

Breach of Duty & Causation report: from £1,800

Dental personal injury report: from £1,200

Supplemental reports / responses to Part 35 questions: charged according to scope

Conferences with solicitors and Counsel: hourly rate or fixed fee on request

Court attendance: £1,500 per day or £750 per half day
